AiSynq collects the following information when you create an account:

• Full name and work email address
• Dealership name, role, and automotive brand
• App usage data (lessons completed, prompts saved, digest reading activity)
• Device information for push notification delivery

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Personalize your daily digest, lessons, and AI prompts to your specific role and brand
• Deliver your daily 7 AM intelligence briefing notification
• Generate your personalized audio greeting from Atlas, AiSynq's AI voice
• Improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content
• Communicate important updates about your subscription

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI-Generated Content

AiSynq uses Google Gemini AI to generate daily content and Atlas (AiSynq's AI voice, powered by ElevenLabs) for audio narration. Your role, brand, and dealership name are used as context to personalize this content. This information is sent to these AI providers solely for content generation purposes and is not stored or used for training their models beyond what is described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Storage

Your profile information is stored locally on your device. Subscription status and payment method details (last 4 digits and card type only) are stored securely in our database. We do not store full card numbers.

Daily content (digest, lessons, prompts) is cached on our servers for delivery efficiency and is not linked to individual user identities.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the app:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Cloud — AI content generation and text-to-speech
• ElevenLabs — premium audio narration (Atlas voice)
• Manus — app hosting and infrastructure

All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications

7. Push Notifications

AiSynq sends a daily notification at 7:00 AM Eastern to alert you when your intelligence briefing is ready. You can disable this at any time in your device's notification settings or in the Preferences section of your profile.

8. Children's Privacy

AiSynq is designed for automotive industry professionals and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of AiSynq after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
