• Daily AI-generated automotive intelligence digest
• Role-specific AI lessons and learning content
• Personalized prompt arsenal for dealership professionals
• AI-powered Ask AI assistant with dealership context
• Vehicle comparison tools
• Vendor Watch intelligence — daily independent AI vendor analysis
• Audio narration of daily content by Atlas, AiSynq's AI voice

Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and professional development purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and employed in or associated with the automotive industry to use AiSynq. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Billing

AiSynq is offered on a subscription basis at $29.99 per month. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until your trial period ends.

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges
• Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iOS App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's and Apple's respective refund policies

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content on AiSynq — including daily digests, lessons, prompts, Vendor Watch intelligence, and Ask AI responses — is generated by artificial intelligence. This content:

• Is intended for informational and professional development purposes only
• Does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or business advice
• May contain inaccuracies or errors; always verify critical information independently
• Should not be the sole basis for business decisions

AiSynq makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute AiSynq content without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service

6. Intellectual Property

AiSynq and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MSC Strategic Ventures LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal professional development during your active subscription.
