When you create an AiSynq account, we collect the following information:
- Full name and work email address
- Dealership name, job role, and automotive brand
- App usage data (lessons completed, prompts saved, digest reading activity)
- Device information required for push notification delivery
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Personalize your daily digest, lessons, and AI prompts to your specific role and brand
- Deliver your daily 7:00 AM Eastern intelligence briefing notification
- Generate your personalized audio greeting using your name and role
- Improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content
- Communicate important updates about your subscription
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI-Generated Content
AiSynq uses Google Gemini and ElevenLabs to generate daily content and audio narration. Your role, brand, and dealership name are used as context to personalize this content. This information is sent to these AI providers solely for content generation purposes and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models beyond what is described in the service agreements with our AI providers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your profile information is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Subscription status and payment method details (last 4 digits and card type only) are stored securely in our database using industry-standard encryption.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the app:
- Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Google Cloud / Gemini — AI content generation and text-to-speech (policies.google.com/privacy)
- ElevenLabs — Premium audio narration (elevenlabs.io/privacy)
All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
6. Push Notifications
AiSynq sends a daily notification at 7:00 AM Eastern to alert you when your intelligence briefing is ready. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's notification settings or in the Preferences section of your profile within the app.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured format

8. Children's Privacy
AiSynq is designed for automotive industry professionals and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
