By downloading, installing, or using AiSynq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all subscribers, users, and others who access or use AiSynq. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Description of Service
AiSynq is an AI-powered daily intelligence platform for automotive dealership professionals. The Service includes:
- Daily AI-generated automotive intelligence digest delivered at 7:00 AM Eastern
- Role-specific AI lessons and learning content (5 lessons per day)
- Personalized prompt arsenal for dealership professionals
- AI-powered Ask assistant with dealership-specific context
- Vehicle comparison tools
- Premium audio narration of daily content
- Personalized audio greetings
Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and professional development purposes only. AiSynq does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
3. Subscription and Billing
AiSynq is a subscription service billed at $29.99 per month.
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- A valid credit card is required to start your free trial
- You will not be charged until your 7-day trial period ends
- Cancel before day 7 and you will not be charged
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your profile settings or at aisynq.ai/manage
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are managed at aisynq.ai and are not processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. External Payment Processing
AiSynq subscriptions are managed and billed through our website at aisynq.ai/subscribe. Subscription management, including cancellation and billing updates, is available at aisynq.ai/manage. Payments are processed by Stripe and are not handled by Apple or Google.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AiSynq uses artificial intelligence to generate daily content including news summaries, lessons, prompts, and analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- Content is for informational and professional development purposes only
- AiSynq does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content
- You should independently verify any information before acting on it
- Content does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app or its content
- Resell or redistribute AiSynq content without written permission
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
AiSynq is licensed for individual professional use only. One account per device.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AiSynq — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and software — are owned by AiSynq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal professional development. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AiSynq does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AISYNQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the app or email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of AiSynq after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
